[Head-Hunter] Vacancy : Process Engineer

ESAB is a multi national company in providing welding consumables, welding equipment, welding automation and cutting automation.

 

Due to expansion of our factory in Purwakarta, Indonesia, we are seeking highly motivated individuals with strong manufacturing background and experience for the following positions :

 

PROCESS ENGINEER

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

 

o       Analyze and develop process improvements and implementing them together with the Engineering, Quality and Production teams.

o       Analyze part drawings and engineering data in relation with improvement plan.

o       Develop OCC/TPM/Kaizen/Lean Technical solution, design, installation and implementation.

o       Develop standard work with supervisors.

o       Develop recommendation for changes to working method or operation sequences.

o        Work together with Mechanical Manager on Technical solution of Improvement plan.

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

 

o       Male, max 30 years.

o       At minimum polytechnic (D3) in Mechanical Engineering education background.

o       At least 2 years experience in manufacturing field.

o       Familiar with Lean, TPM, QCC, Kaizen concept.

o       Familiar with Engineering Drawing (Mechanical & Electrical).

o       Computer literacy (Ms Excel, Ms Power point, Ms Project and AutoCAD).

o       Good analytical, problem solving and communication skill.

o       Willing to be stationed in Cikampek, Purwakarta.
