Quality Monitoring

Responsibilities:

* Do call and performance monitoring of agent
* Prepare the feedback and inform respective agent and leader
* Prepare report

Requirements:

* Female 25 – 30 years old
* Bachelor Degree S1, preferably from any majoring.
* Having 2 years working experience
* Capable to work based on target, team work and hard worker
* Proficient in Microsoft office tools
* Willing to be placed in KARAWACI
