Abstract
We are a well-established poultry integrated company has immediate openings for the following position:

Continuous Improvement Specialist (CIS)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Conduct Key Driver analysis as guideline to develop improvement initiatives in Business Unit.
* Conduct fasilitation of CI activities, guiding the project team to complete their project.
* Conduct Training related to CI methodology and tools.Conduct Gap Analysis to provide the guideline for BU in achieving their budget through developing effective CI initiatives.
* Facilitate TPM and 5S activities in Business Unit.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale of 4.00) in Engineering.
* At least 2 years working experience in Continuous Improvement.
* Has specific knowledge in Improvement Methodology/ Tools (QCC, TQM, Six Sigma, Lean
Manufacturing, TOC, etc).
* Effective written and oral communication skills.
* Good presentation and motivating skills.
* Computer literate (Ms. Office)
* Having good understanding about the concept of business processes with some knowledge
about finance and accounting will be an additional advantage.
* Good analytical thinking, integrity, and teamwork.
