General Manager Distribution

Requirements:

* Male, with age between 35-45 years old
* Minimum S1 Degree from Management or any disciplines
* Experience as General Manager min 2 years
* Have knowing about system management, improvement management, 5S, and cost reduction
* Able to make management development
* Have good leadership skills, like couching and counseling
* Able to work effectively, both independently and in a team
* Have a good effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Fluent in English both oral and written are an advantage
* Able to work under pressure
