We are well established company in electrical equipment industry for Switchgear and Controlgear product located in Tangerang invites professional candidates to join our team following vacant position :

HR Staff
(Banten - Tangerang)

Responsibilities:

* Advertising vacant position through newspaper or internet
* Doing job fair or campus hiring for applicant database
* Conducting psychological test
* Interviewing qualified candidates
* Reporting to end – user regarding to recruitment process
* Setting interview schedule with end user
* Confirm to end for the new hire employee
* Conducting and responsible for all training process (planning, realization, evaluation)
* Making yearly training needs program
* Comprehend to make TNA (Training Needs Analysis)
* Arranging internal, external or in house training

Requirements:

* Age 20 - 35 years old
* Min. Diploma Degree of Management or Psychology major with GPA min 2.75 (Scale 4)
* Having experience in training & recruitment field (min. 2 years)
* Familiar with psychological tools
* Good analytical and communication skill
* Having pleasant personality
* Strong motivation and able to work under pressure
* Creative, high initiative, and fast learner
* Familiar with computer
