Abstract
PT. GAC Samudera Logistics (GSL) is a multinational company with 50:50 joint ventures between GAC and Samudera Indonesia Group (SIG). Under the brand GAC, GSL provides high-quality Shipping, Logistics, Marine, and solution services in more than 50 countries around the globe. GAC currently employs over 7000 people. Samudera Indonesia is one of Indonesia’s premier shipping and transport companies. The company owns and charters more than 50 vessels, operates more than 27 offices and employs about 2,500 people.

PT. GAC Samudera Logistics was incorporated in May 1997. GSL operates from a state of the art distribution center at Cikarang, Surabaya, and Medan. GSL is committed to train and develop local human resources, and today employs over 340 staff.

Due to the expansion, we required a:

Receptionist/Operator Telephone (R/Opr)
(Jawa Barat - Cikarang)

Responsibilities:

* Meet and greet customers and visitor, to ensure the guest are greet with politeness and
respect.
* Manage outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail to individuals also organized courier service
requirements as required.
* To ensure that reception area is maintained in the clean and tidy conditions.
* To promptly, courteously and firm answering the incoming communication through the
telecommunication tools available
* Manage the reordering of the office supplies (stationery, consumables, etc)
* To carry out additional duties as may be reasonably required by the HOD.

Requirements:

* Female, single, max age 28 years old
* English Active
* Minimum 6 month experience according to the field
* Communicative and good interpersonal skill
* Customer service oriented
* Professional appearance
* Friendly person and adaptive
* Good voice, persuasive and motivated
* Willing to stay in Cikarang area
