HRD Payroll Staff
(Jawa Barat - Purwakarta (Cikampek))

Responsibilities:

Job Description :

• Payroll (salary, overtime, bonus, etc.)
• Personnel (employee data, employee contract, attendance, leave new employee)
• Employee attention (sick, death, baby born)
• Benefit (medical, hospital, glasses)
• HRIS (Updated data)
• Outsource (Monitoring)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree major in Management or Accounting with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Preferably has 1 year experience as a payroll/personnel staff
• Age maximum 25 years old
• Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Has good computer skill
• Can work accurately, dependable, and has initiative
• Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime.
• Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
